One of my favorite Rev War battles is Washington’s fight at Princeton January 3, 1777. Another subject that I am fond of is the history of the US Marines Corps. So naturally this article captured my interest. The image below was done by Donna Neary, a retired Marine Reserve Officer herself. The officer below is a bit of a dandy and perhaps not the rough and ready Marine Officer we’d expect to see but I love Donnas work and I thought I’d share it. PS Some one did a 54mm kit of this guy in a similar if not exact pose. I think it was Art Girona. I think we need one in 75mm.
