I’m starting to get quite a few questions about the exhibit next year. I will soon be starting a page on our site with more detailed info as it becomes available, but for now, here’s what I have so far.

Hotel Accommodations The museum has brokered a deal with the Philadelphia Marriott Old City https://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/phlmo-philadelphia-marriott-old-city/ for a special room rate of $185.00 per night. The hotel is .2 miles from the museum. Overnight parking is $50 with valet service and unlimited access. They are not prepared to accept reservations at that rate right now, but we will notify you when they are. We do not have a contract with the hotel and aren’t bound buy a room night agreement, so, if you desire and can find something more suitable for you, go for it. The same with parking. There are plenty of garages nearby and are much less expensive than the hotel. I recommend Goggling “parking” in Philadelphia for more info on that.
Vendors So far we have 4 vendors commit to attending. They are :
Scale 75 USA
Sabot Miniatures
Birchtree Enterprises
Flat Tin Soldiers
Cabos Painting Class The class is $250 and 22 seats are available. Scale 75 will be handling the reservations and payment sometime in the future. If you’d like to reserve a seat send me your name and info. I am compiling a list here and will forward to Scale 75 USA when appropriate. So far I have 2 people committed.
Special Awards. So far we have 3. I am looking for at Least 12 so if anyone is interested please contact me.
Sabot Miniatures Award for Innovation and Inspiration sponsored by Sabot Miniatures and.
Best Flat Award sponsored by Jack Muldoon of Flat Tin Soldiers.
Best Naval or Marine Award. Any scale or nation. Sponsored by me.
That’s about it for now. Look for the page on our site within the next few days.
Cheers,
Mike
